Domain Names
Elagoon Digital holds the right to purchase multiple domain names. The purpose of this is primarily to secure the interest of our clients. By using the developer’s contact details and address the purchased domain name will be assigned and registered on our client’s name. The client needs to comply with the terms of use set by any third party involved in the service.

Project Delivery
All the website development, design, and other services delivery shall be completed upon receipt of the payment related to delivery. Delivery may be completed by electronic transfer or publishing. The client holds all the responsibility for the use and functionality of the web design project. Where the client causes a delay in the delivery of the project, Elagoon Digital reserve the right to charge a fee for costs incurred.

Third Party
We may seek assistance from the third party services for credit card processing for the completion of the project needs. We want to clarify that Elagoon Digital holds no responsibility for any issues and disputes related to the third party service.

Privacy Policy:
Our privacy policy is to make you understand that whatever data we collect from you, is kept under total security and without your approval we do not share the same with any third party.

Payments
Based on the agreed schedule payments must be made instantly. Elagoon Digital reserves the right to discard any web design project from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. When a payment is overdue for more than thirty working days, Elagoon Digital holds the right to suspend or stop any services which are being provided to the client. This includes support, maintenance, marketing, hosting, domains and hosting of other websites owned by the client.
At Elagoon Digital, we accept both personal cheque and cash. All the major debit/credit cards, BACS or Bankers Drafts, are our acceptable methods of payment.
