Elagoon Digital will deliver the mutually agreed services as per the delivery schedule mention in the consent agreement or communication medium. In case of non receipt of services due to negligence on part of buyer such as uninformed change of contact details or any other circumstance where Elagoon Digital has no control, Elagoon Digital should not be liable for any delays in the delivery.
